The Fine Art Associates offers professional art acquisition services to architects, designers, developers, corporations, hotels, collectors, and private individuals.	CONCEPTUAL PLANNING Define purpose for art program Establish budget or assist in budget development Develop master schedule Establish communication procedures DESIGN DEVELOPMENT Consult with Corporate Principles, Architect, Interior Design Team, Landscape Architect, or Private Collector Study plans and recommend and prioritize art locations Work with client to develop thematic direction, if appropriate Assist in developing criteria for purchase and commission of artworks PRESENTATION Research sources: artists studios, art galleries, print publishers Conduct studio and gallery visits Recommend artwork options for project MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ACQUISITIONS Develop and review commission proposals and contracts Interface with artists and design team Monitor progress of commissions Specify and supervise framing, mounting, and installation of artworks Develop maintenance and conservation plans and procedures Provide visual documentation of installed artwork
